La Biblioteca Gerardo Sellés Solá ofrece sus servicios primordialmente a los estudiantes, profesores y personal de la Facultad de Educación.  Esta población se divide en:  estudiantes sub-graduados, estudiantes graduados y profesores. La Biblioteca sirve además a maestros del Departamento de Educación, escuelas públicas y privadas de Puerto Rico, estudiantes y profesores de otros recintos de la Universidad y en forma limitada a estudiantes y profesores de otras universidades, empleados de agencias de gobierno del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y personas de la comunidad extendida.
